Overview

The Fast-Track service is served at three International Airports in Vietnam for the passengers of all flights (Tan Son Nhat in Ho Chi Minh City, Noi Bai in Ha Noi city and Da Nang airport in Da Nang city)

This service makes passing through airports simple, adds the First Class feel, and is usually reserved for VIPs and celebrities. A local airport greeter will help and escort you all way between the airplane and your driver. The service will bypass long lines, remove language barriers, and ensure a fast arrival, a smooth departure, or a quick connection.

1. For Arrival passengers, Meet and greet service at the aircraft exit. Personal assistant with all the post-flight procedures such as applying for the visa-on-arrival in VIP lane (no queue), customs and security clearances, collect your luggage at the baggage claim area and bring them to your pick up point area

• visa stamping at Vietnam airport quickly without staying in a long queue in front of the VOA/Landing visa counter there,
• escorting through the Passport Control Gate quickly; 
• escorting to the luggage belt and assisted in picking up your luggage.

1. For Departure passenger, meet and greet service at the airport for international departure hall, personal assistant with all the pre-flight procedures such as check-in, customs and security clearances in VIP lane (no queue), and escorting to the boarding gate
