How To Use

Terms and Conditions

• Customer will need to place booking for Meet & Greet services 7 days in advance.
• Customer will received e-voucher throught their email once order had been confirm.
• Customer need to update our customer service upon receiving the voucher on the following information, Flight Information (Arrival Flight Number, Arrival Date, Arrival Flight Time) and Guest Information (Title, First/Given Name, Last/Family Name, Email, Mobile Number) at least 72 hours in advance.
• Another confirmation email will be sent to customer from our customer service to confirm the booking been successful.
• Complimentary porter service is limited to four (4) baggage. Additional baggage will be charged at PHP 500 / SGD 12 per piece. All guests (children and adults) are charged at the same rate.
• Latecomers who arrive more than one (1) hour late will be considered as no-show, and there will be no refunds. You will not be penalized for flight delays.
• No cancellation will be allow once order had been confirm.
• Service is only available for adults 19 years old above.
• If you are travelling with infants and/or young children and need a child safety seat, please check with our custimer service before placing booking. We will contact you back regarding the availability of our child safety seats for rent. Additional charges may apply. If the seat is unavailable, you will be notified and will have to make your own arrangements for your child’s safety.
• Please do inform us if you are travelling with Non-Standard Baggage. In the event that the Non-Standard Baggage is unable to fit into our regular vehicle(s), you agree to be liable for any additional charges that may be incurred as a result of us having to transfer your NonStandard Baggage in a baggage van or such other alternative mode of transport that we may determine to be appropriate.
• Please do ensuring that you have the relevant travel approvals, permits or visas for entering or leaving Singapore.
