• Topping up of Ez-Link card credits can only be done at any General Ticketing Machine, TransitLink Ticket Office, or Passenger Service Centre at MRT stations and bus interchange.
• This voucher is in Singapore dollars and is not exchangeable for cash.
• This voucher cannot be used for more than one transaction.
• The company will not be responsible for the loss or damaged of this voucher.
• No refunds will be entertained for cancellations.

How  to redeem it ?

• Ez-Link Redeem : Customer will be receiving a PDF confirmation letter and E-voucher in the email, print or save it in the electronic device, and proceed to Changi Recommends counter ( open 24 hours ) to exchange for physical card.
• E-voucher can only be redeemed at following Changi Recommends counters located at Singapore Changi Airport.
