How do I reserve a TravelWiFi Router?

You may make your reservation on our website with the following steps:

 

1. Fill in the reservation form with your travel details and personal particulars.

2. Make payment

3. An order confirmation email with your booking details will be sent to your email address.

How do I collect and return the TravelWiFi Router?

While making your reservation online, you are able to choose:

 

  • Self-Collection or Self-Return at Brunei City Counter: Go to Locate Us tab for our pick up location address.
  • Courier Delivery Nationwide: Your TravelWifi Router will reach you at least one working day before your indicated departure date.

For example, if the indicated departure date is 2nd of September, the device will reach your indicated mailing address latest by 1st of September. For returns, our courier delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a pick-up of the device from you.

 

The courier charge is each way.

Can I make last minute bookings?

For last minute bookings, please contact us to check availability. Kindly note that last minute bookings may incur a processing fee per order.
