Cancellation

  • No cancellations, refunds and amendments can be made.

  • Redemption at Hong Kong International Airport Arrivals Area. (Counter A13)
  • Card balance can be refunded at any MTR station. (except Airport Express Counter) 

*HKD 11 service fee will be deducted from card balance.
