Start-Up guide for SIM:

1) Insert SIM to phone, on data and data roaming on mobile

2) Set up the APN setting on mobile

3) Restart the phone.

APN Setting:

Android

Step 1: Setting > Wireless & Network > Mobile Network > Access Point Names

Step 2: Create New APN > input "internet" in Name & APN column > Save

Step 3: Back > Select "internet"

Step 4: Switch on Data Roaming and Mobile Data

Iphone / Ipad

Step 1: Setting > Mobile Data > Mobile Date Network

Step 2: Input "internet" in APN

Step 3: Back > Switch on Data Roaming and Mobile Data

A voucher/confirmation will be emailed once purchased is confirmed.

This voucher/confirmation slip is only accepted at Travel Recommends Office.

This Denomination is in Malaysia Ringgit and is not exchangeable for cash.

This voucher/confirmation cannot be used in more than one transaction.

The company will be not responsible for the loss or damage of the voucher.

Any alteration(s) on the voucher/confirmation will not be accepted.

Voucher/confirmation is valid for exchange within 60 days from the date of purchase. Once SIM card is redeemed/collected, voucher is considered as utilised. 

20percent admin fee will be charge for refund.

Refund process will take approximately 14-21 working days.
