   Address in Indonesia: (Etc: Your hotel address)

   An Image of the passport details
3. Please note that sim card will only be activated after 1hr of emails sent.
4. Once Registration is done, please dial *111*11# to activate the bundle when you reached Indonesia. 

*Due to the new law in Indonesia all Tourist must register the sim card.
