- Can I still place a new order?
- Yes. New orders will be accepted until 11:59pm on 8 August 2025. After that, Travel Recommends will no longer accept any customer bookings.
- I have an existing order. What do I need to do?
- If your WiFi router booking is scheduled for collection or delivery on or before 22 September 2025, and the device is returned on or before 30 September 2025, it will not be affected.
- If your return date falls on or after 1 October 2025, even if the device was collected before 22 September 2025, our Customer Care team will reach out to assist you with a full refund.
- What happens if my booking is for collection after 22 September 2025?
- Customers with bookings scheduled for fulfilment after 22 September 2025 will be contacted by our Customer Care team and issued a full refund.
- Can I cancel my existing order?
- Yes, you may cancel your existing order at any time. A full refund will be issued accordingly.
- Will there be any delay in the return of my security deposit?
- There is no change to our refund policy. Security deposits will be processed as per our usual timelines, within 7-14 working days.
- How long does the refund take?
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
- Can I still contact Customer Service after 1 October 2025?

- Are my travel eSIM, EZ-Link cards vouchers still valid?
- Yes. All confirmed purchases will remain valid according to their respective terms and conditions. You may continue to use them as planned.
