Travel Recommends Malaysia will discontinue its consumer travel services on 1 September 2026.

We remain committed to supporting customers with existing bookings and enquiries. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

1. Can I still place a new order?
   1. Yes. New orders will be accepted until 11.59pm on 31 August 2026. After that, Travel Recommends Malaysia will no longer accept any customer bookings.
2. I have an existing order. Will my order still be fulfilled?
   1. Your confirmed booking will be fulfilled as scheduled. No action is required on your part.
   2. Your WiFi router will be delivered or made available for collection based on your selected booking date. Please kindly return the device within the stipulated return period.
3. Can I cancel my existing order?
   1. Yes, you may cancel your existing order at any time. A full refund will be issued accordingly.
4. Will there be any delay in the return of my security deposit?
   1. No. There is no change to our refund policy. Security deposits will be processed as per our usual timelines, within 7-14 working days.
5. How long does the refund take?
   1. Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 working days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
